This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These supplies will help young adults with disabilities enhance their classroom management skills as they relate to vocational skills, self advocacy and independence. Each resource I seek to acquire will significantly impact their journey to independence in and out of the classroom.
Determination and resilience have brought my students this far and the addition of these essential classroom supplies will increase their chances of reaching maximum independence.
Despite facing challenges, they display unwavering enthusiasm and passion for learning. By equipping them with these resources, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment where they can thrive, celebrate their progress, and achieve their full potential in communication.
