My Project
Throughout the years I have used storage containers from the Dollar Store to hold all materials and play items that students use on a daily basis. Recently the containers have been breaking quite a bit and becoming dangerous for students to use.
These new baskets and chair storage totes will make the classroom safer for all students and provide them with more opportunities to gain social awareness by being able to clean safely and stay organized.
With the goal in mind to make the learning environment cohesive and less distracting, allowing a larger for focus on learning.
These students are special because they like to learn through play and in many different ways and these containers will allow for more items to be placed in the classroom. These students are also a very active bunch and they need sturdy items that will last a while.
