My Project

I am a special education life skills teacher. My middle school students are kind, funny, and intelligent. I have 8 students in my self-contained special education class. Students in my class have diverse needs that require materials to be modified, allowing for differentiation and additional adult support.

I would love the opportunity to expand my students prevocational skills within my classroom.

These materials (glue, kinetic sand and more) and lessons will prepare my students for the high school and one day the competitive workforce. My classroom is my second home. My students feel this way also. It is a place filled with love, encouragement, acceptance, and hard work.
