My Students
SA is a charter school in Utah for students with autism as well as students who would also benefit from our unique learning environment. Children on the autism spectrum process information differently than children without an Autism Spectrum Disorder, which means that a child with autism learns differently than a child without autism. These learning differences can, at times, create educational challenges that may seem impossible to overcome. These students do have talents and abilities that can be accessed when learning is structured in a way that is right for them.
My Project
Having these items in the classroom will be helpful in many ways. The snacks will be used throughout the year to help encourage students along with giving them snacks when they are hungry. The organization items and cleaning will make sure that the classroom is clean and tidy to help foster a good learning environment.
The apple pen will be used to teach the class from anywhere in the room and help students reach their goals.
All of these items will help the students be able to have a better learning experience through this pandemic.
