Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

To provide the best learning opportunities for my students and to begin the school year right, my students need basic supplies such as paper and folders. To keep students' energy up for learning, we need to also have a variety of snacks. Stickers, erasers, pencils, and bookmarks help students to be excited about learning. Magnetic letters and writing tablets will be used for sight word practice and word building. It is unfortunate that schools have a lack of funding to support basic needs and supplies. Due to this, teachers buy these items so students do not have to go without. This donation will help me to create the experiences that my students will need that funding does not meet.

It is important that my students have the supplies they need to make this school year successful!

Kindergarten is a special time where students gain the essential social, emotional, problem-solving, and study skills that they will use throughout their schooling; I want this experience to be amazing. Through this donation, I am one step closer to making this happen! I would love to ensure my students can be as successful as possible and have a great school experience this year.
