Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I am requesting support in getting classroom supplies for my students. From classroom flags, to use as we say the daily pledge, to anchor chart paper where we can record what we are learning in math, and create reference material to guide students through the steps to solve a problem. Anchor charts will also aid students in retaining important information across contents, especially reading and math. The Expo markers and the class headsets will help students with writing and will allow independent learning time to be more focused so that students can meet their personal goals on our educational technology platforms.
These classroom materials are necessities that will be used every day, and will help my students to learn and grow.
Finally, I am requesting stickers to create a sticker store, to reward and motivate them as they meet and exceed their learning goals.
