Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students all come from low-income homes. Their parents struggle to pay for basic things like rent and school supplies. Despite their challenges these boys and girls come to school ready to learn but lack school supplies they need. They are kind and dedicated students that need a little help to motivate them. I try to help them by buying their school supplies but it is too expensive for me to do as I have over 50 students and most of them do not bring pencils to school.
These school supplies will make a world of difference.
They will give my little ones much needed motivation. The supplies will make them feel they have what need to succeed. Please help me add quality of life to their education by funding my project.
