My Project
Access to basic classroom necessities, such as dry-erase markers, easel pads, fidgets, and hands-on toys, is essential for fostering a positive and productive learning environment.
When students lack these resources, it can hinder their ability to focus, engage, and perform academically.
For example, ensuring that each student has access to materials like fidgets for sensory engagement or hands-on toys for interactive learning not only supports their individual success but also encourages collaborative learning and creativity. Providing these essentials empowers teachers to implement effective instructional strategies and helps students reach their full potential.
My goal is to meet students' needs in the classroom and provide the support and guidance they require to succeed. These kinds of extrinsic rewards can motivate students to engage actively and work towards setting and achieving their own goals.
