I am lucky enough to teach between 20-40 preschoolers every year. I get to teach ages 3-5 in a mixed classroom. I have students that come from all walks of life with many different abilities.
The thing I love most about my students is that every day is a different day.
The fact that I have different students almost everyday is a great benefit of my job. I get to watch students learn in many different ways all while being in the same atmosphere. It's so great to watch their little minds work and process new information. It's amazing how much they can absorb.
My Project
Our kids have been learning and exploring with mostly the same materials all year. Our manipulatives are getting low, losing pieces and becoming uninteresting.
The kids love exploring new things.
Manipulatives are a great way to enforce learning, fine motor and creative learning. These give students opportunities to learn about numbers, letters, and creative thinking in the classroom.
Many of these items are a fun way to teach important school readiness without the kids even realizing they are learning. What a better way to learn than to enjoy just being a kid! Thank you for your support in helping our kids become school ready!
