I would love an opportunity to get books in my students' hands! My students love graphic novels, but I don’t have complete sets of these. I have been scouring garage sales and thrift stores. My students have weekly homework’s in which they need to read and complete an engagement activity.
Every week my students borrow books from my classroom library because they do not have their own.
Majority of my class is reading below grade level. My goal is for students to have access to books and exposure to books they enjoy. I want to foster a love of reading for them. I know these books are just what they need!
