Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love to build a classroom library where students want to go and read a book. Reading and writing skills are low and the best way to improve them is through reading. I have a very small library right now and it is helping to foster a love of reading, but it isn't big enough for everyone to enjoy. Please consider helping me bring my students to enjoy reading by helping build a comfortable and inviting library in my classroom.

Students having options to sit while reading, other than their desks, is extremely motivating and the carpet I've requested helps define the space as a reading area.

I know this will help get them reading.
