My Project

I'm requesting these books for my first year classroom. I think these books are a great starting point for my classroom library. I chose some fun books for my students along with books that are for SEL learning and some cultural books. I want to be prepared for the whole year with some great read alouds! My goal for this project is to have a kickstart in my classroom library before I start teaching.

During read aloud time, I want to pick books that are help engage my students!

I think all these books have great life lessons in them and they will be engaging for my students. I know my students will benefit from all of these books one way or another!

I am also requesting book bins for independent reading times. I know how beneficial it is for students to not only enjoy reading, but to learn through different books!
