My Project
We do not have a school library, instead, each classroom has its own library where students browse books to read in class and at home. We get books for the libraries in many ways including donations, school funds, and money funds raised by fundraising. It is important for classrooms to have a wide variety of books for students to choose from so students stay motivated and excited to read.
We highly value all of the books that we are able to put into classrooms and want to keep track of them so they do not get lost.
This project enables us to create an efficient and organized library checkout system. Teachers will use these carts to hold scanners/ books and wheel around the room for easy checkouts. The book boxes will be used to hold and organize the classroom library.
