My Students

Welcome to Third Grade! We are back in the classroom full time after being hybrid and virtual the past two years. These students are going to grow and develop so much over this year. Our classroom's students are special because all of them are so eager to learn and just to be at school. After the past two years that they have had, most if not all of them are so excited to safely be in school and socialize with their classmates. This third-grade class belongs to a Magnet school in NC that focuses on STEM and PBL learning.

My Project

The materials I am requesting will be used to build my first in-person classroom! I have carefully selected these items to build the engaging space I envision for my students. The various books will be used to kick-start our class library, and different organizational items to help create a clean and productive environment. The materials themselves range from bookcases, to book bins, to age-appropriate books themselves. The classroom library is a safe space for students to go and read books that they choose and interest them. I wish to have a wide variety of books for students to choose from that will encourage the students to want to read physical books.
