My Students

I am a first-year teacher who will be teaching Kindergarten beginning in August. I am super excited to meet my students and their families and to teach them.

I know that this will be an exciting year, but I need your help to make my classroom an inviting space.

Since the new school year hasn't begun, I am unsure who exactly my students will be, but I know that they will be loved, supported, and pushed to do their best!

My Project

These items would help create an inviting and colorful environment for my incoming Kindergarteners.

I would use the items to decorate our classroom library and make it more appealing to my students.

I am hoping to foster a love of reading and I want my students to enjoy the space where they read by having colorful posters encouraging reading and a fun rug to sit on! In addition to the classroom library space, the mailbox would be used to send home important information- I would love to be able to assign a student the job of "mailman" where they are responsible for putting mail in the mailboxes! I would greatly appreciate any and all support! Thank you!
