My Students

My students are bright and motivated, but COVID has taken a toll. Their learning has been broken up and their focus is drifting. I like the funds to build a classroom library of graphic novels and shorter novels that the kids can choose as alternate assignments or for deeper understanding of a topic they are interested it.

A classroom library could be a great way to build the student's historical literacy and motivate any that are struggling.

Even if it's to just give them a short break to learn what they want I think it will help my kids reset and feel more confident about reading and learning.

My Project

The Hazardous Tales books are awesome! They contain so much memorable information to help them understand the history of the early United States.

I want a classroom library so my students can have a choice for how they learn and what they put a special focus on.

The books will be available whenever students want to read them. I'm especially hoping that they will support my struggling learners and help them develop a love of about learning history and reading in general. Plus the Hazardous Tales books are just plain funny.
