This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

As a teacher in a low-income/high poverty school district, my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences.They love to draw and search on the internet for new ideas. Also, my school has a limited supply of laptops/ chromebooks for the school. Now we have a curriculum that is on-line for the students with no books. I do my best with the supplies we have in science class but it's the experiences that make a difference. I'm hoping to make more experiences worth remembering.

My Project

This project it help my students get technology in the classroom that not readily accessible in class.Also it to help my students be able to research or use for assignments in class, since my district adopted an on-line called Stem-scopes. It's a great resource to have but with no computer my students are not able to do what is asked of them without me making copies.

I also want to use the Chrome books for the students that have Oral exams in the class for my tests or even my assignments.I also wanted my students to be able to use the curriculum bought by the district.
