Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students thrive when they have both digital tools and physical, interactive learning materials.
After the pandemic, students returned to school craving hands-on learning. Although many still love using digital tools, often it's "out of sight, out of mind" with completed assignments and notes. So this year I am re-implementing interactive notebooks to help students organize their learning.
In addition, my students feel more comfortable when all their physical needs are met in the classroom. Kleenex and snacks are two things that make school a more warm and welcoming place.
