Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

This project will allow me to create an indoor grow lab for my students. My students will be able to grow plants in the classroom and not have to struggle to keep their precious plants safe while being located outside of the classroom. Their consistent desire to learn something new is what drives me to provide them with enlightening experiences.

My students deserve to learn about the science of plant growth and be able to monitor the growth of their plants without the use of outside sunlight.

The scale will allow my students to accurately weigh their soil accurately for their plants and attempt to add color to the flowers and roses using food coloring.
