it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My 6th-grade math students are bright and capable, but sometimes, keeping them engaged and motivated can be a challenge. That's why I'm reaching out to you for help in creating a more exciting and rewarding learning environment. I'm hoping to stock our classroom with small incentives like candy – M&Ms, Airheads, Jolly Ranchers, and other treats – to celebrate their hard work and encourage a positive attitude towards math. These little rewards will provide a tangible way to acknowledge their efforts, whether it's mastering a new concept, participating actively in class discussions, or simply demonstrating consistent effort. By incorporating these fun incentives, I aim to make math class something students look forward to, fostering a love of learning and boosting their confidence in their mathematical abilities.
