This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

During my science lessons, most time we read and answered questions as we followed along. Growing up, I remember that we would watch Bill Nye's science videos and make a connection to what we learned about. I would love to do the same for my students as well. This gives students a break and an opportunity to show that there are different ways in which we learn our science materials. Of course, not every day we are going to watch videos.

Achieving this goal will be important to me because any time we need to use them, we will have to request headphones from other classrooms.

This will also give me the opportunity to share with other teachers.
