Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Creating a welcoming and efficient classroom takes more than just desks and chairs — it takes intentional tools that support student learning and classroom management. Items like stools offer flexible seating options for small group instruction or independent work, giving students comfort and choice. Book bins help organize leveled readers and classroom libraries so students can easily find books that match their interests and reading levels, encouraging a love for reading.
Flexible seating allows students to choose spaces where they focus best, promoting autonomy and catering to different learning styles.
Whether it’s floor cushions or wobble stools, these options help reduce restlessness and boost engagement. Caddies are essential for organizing supplies at each group table, making transitions smoother and keeping materials within reach so students can stay focused on learning instead of searching for what they need.
Lastly, rolling carts are a game-changer for teachers — they make it easy to move materials between groups or subjects, and keep key supplies organized and mobile throughout the day.
Every donation helps bring these tools into the classroom, turning an empty space into a warm, functional, and inspiring place for students to learn and thrive.
