As a first year teacher my goal is to give my students every tool they will need to set them up for success in my classroom. Organization is key for a classroom to run successfully. My goal is to create a classroom environment that is safe, comfortable, and fully equipped so that it will be an environment that is the most conducive to learning. Students will be more likely to engage in learning when they feel comfortable in their classroom and feel prepared by having the supplies that they need.
