My Project
I have the pleasure of working with two third-grade classes (60 amazing children). They range in diversity and ability. Some are Autistic, and many receive special education services. We are a Title I school, and all of my students are from low-income households, so they all receive free breakfast and lunch every day.
As we complete this school year, it's time to start planning for the next!
Replacement filters for our air purifiers will keep the air clean and my students healthy. The fragrance refills will help counter the effects of my third graders' post-recess odors (if you know, you know!). To set an example of sustainability, we are moving away from single-use plastic products, so we'll use the soap dispensers and soap refills to keep our hands (and planet!) clean. Unfortunately, our 100+ year-old building houses lots of mice, so we need new traps every year. We'll use the multi-surface cleanser to clean up after those pests to make sure we're working in a healthy environment. The book dividers will keep our classroom library organized. And of course, tissues and printer ink are always in demand.
