My Project

I teach in a low income area where poverty is high and students have extensive struggles outside of school. For that reason I try to make our classroom as comfortable and welcoming as possible!

Our school building is old and in the warmer months our classroom has a hard time staying cool!

A portable A.C unit would make my classroom much more comfortable and maintain a happy learning environment.

This project also has other classroom essentials like vinyl for our tables and cubbies and various other projects. There is a small table and chairs for our dramatic play center as ours was old and broke this year. There is also a megaphone and batteries for recess to make redirection easier and more efficient!
