Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students often need a boost or a tissue. On a daily basis, students need snacks and tissues. These are essential in a classroom. Having these on hand to provide is essential to learning.
If students are hungry or they have a runny nose, this will distract them from learning.
Having some healthy snacks like tuna and crackers will keep them energized. Rewarding them with some sweets is a motivation when they win a game. To build a positive classroom environment, we do social emotional activities on theme days. On Fun Friday, we do fun activities such as review games. This will add to the enjoyment. In our English class, we review stories we’ve read. In French, we review vocabulary and play games like Bingo with French words. Having these supplies will make the games even more fun.
