My Students
My students are an energetic and excited bunch of kindergarten to second graders. Our classroom is involved in the Autism Initiative Verbal Behavior Program. All of my students are diagnosed with autism, and they have a range of needs that are addressed through small group and one-to-one teaching sessions.
My students need some wipes, pull-ups, and snacks to help meet their basic needs.
My students are working to improve not just their academic skills, but communication and social skills, so that they can interact with their world in the fullest way possible.
My Project
My students are in need of some items to help meet their basic needs at school. The Clorox wipes will help us to keep our classroom tables and toys clean and free of germs.
Some of my students are still potty training, and the baby wipes come in handy when they need to wipe their hands and faces in the classroom.
The Pop-Tarts will be a great breakfast item so that we can start our morning off with right. My students are also practicing asking for items they want/need and the snack items are very motivating for working on our communication skills!
