My students have a variety of sensory needs that sometimes make it difficult for them to sit in the classroom and engage in their work. Providing them with different choices of seating will make our classroom more inclusive to everyone's needs. The variety of flexible seating options I have chosen will allow for my students to find what kind of seat gives them the sensory input they need to stay focused. The wiggle stools and bouncy chairs will be great for sitting at tables for one-to-one or small group instruction. The bean bag chair will be the perfect place for kids to work on independent assignments.
