My Project
I work with elementary school students in grades pre-K through 8th grade. We are working towards social emotional goals. I’m always amazed at how fast we go through materials because we are constantly mastering new skills and exploring new topics!
Keeping supplies available to use in my sessions such as folders, post its, clipboards, markers, and lamination pouches, allow for me to be creative in designing activities.
Students can work on their goals with lessons that are interactive and involve tactile methods and active participation.
We also need tissues this time of year because many students catch colds and the temperature of our building varies greatly day to day. Having these basics available helps students feel valued and welcomed.
