My Project

What I love most about my students is their curiosity, creativity, and the way they show up for each other every day. They are resilient, energetic, and eager to learn—but like all young people, they thrive best in an environment that supports their focus, well-being, and sense of belonging.

These improvements aren't just about how our classroom looks—they're about how it feels to be here: safe, supported, and excited to learn.

The resources in this project—like Brain Flakes, beads and fidget tools—will help students regulate their energy and stay engaged during lessons, especially those who benefit from movement or tactile stimulation. The lighting and ceiling decor will transform our classroom into a more inviting, calm, and inspiring space that reflects the warmth and joy we bring to learning together.
