My Project
Elementary students learn best in an inviting and calm classroom environment. My students come from diverse backgrounds and have a wide range of ability levels. The materials I am requesting will help me to redesign my classroom to make a cozy and comfortable space in which my first grade students will be able to learn, and it will provide me with access to materials on teachers pay teachers to use for my first grade students.
The materials requested will be used to create the background for bulletin boards.
The bulletins boards will be used to display secret stories phonics cards which help the students learn phonics patterns for reading. The. I’ll Erin boards will also display gumball math trackers so that students can see their progress in learning math facts. The bulletin boards will also display student work, so that students can take pride in their writing, reading, and math progress. Finally a teachers pay teachers gift card will give me the ability to purchase materials for the students in all subject areas, including math, reading, and writing.
