My Project

My students are eager, alert, and open-minded leaders. Our school is unique in that we are a single-grade level school. We have sixteen 5th-grade classrooms. My students are of diverse backgrounds. Technology, specifically the MacBook, will encourage my students to think critically and engage with each other. We also connect globally with other students, scientists, and authors. We study the ocean and the impact that climate change has on our ocean.

My learners challenge themselves and each other academically and develop their sense of responsibility to transform their community and world.

In this age of innovation, my students are being taught to be problem solvers through technology.
