My Project
Every year in mathematics, I desire to create an engaging classroom. In a technology-driven classroom, the right tools can significantly enhance how students engage with content and demonstrate understanding--especially in Title I schools where resources may be limited.
Computer mice help students navigate the DESMOS math learning platforms with improved ease and accuracy, particularly for those with learning disabilities.
This enhances efficiency during assignments, testing, and any math online learning programs.
Headphones allow students to concentrate on personalized math instruction without distractions from the classroom. They are essential for my English-language learners and Special Education students who need read-aloud support, adaptive math learning programs, and additional instruction that addresses diverse needs.
Whiteboards offer immediate opportunities for participation, problem-solving, and visual learning. Whether used during whole-class instruction or for individual responses, they promote active engagement and enable me to quickly assess understanding.
Together, all these simple tools promote equity, enhance engagement, and support academic math growth by meeting students where they are and empowering them to succeed.
