This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love coming to school and learning! They love reading and creating projects.
My students all come from low-income households and many are learning English for the first time.
I am requesting a new classroom easel and four packs of whiteboard markers for our classroom. We create classroom anchor charts, take notes white reading, and various our classroom activities that a easel would be helpful for. The easel is also adjustable so all students would be comfortable using it for their height. We also use whiteboard markers daily during phonics instruction.
