My Project
This is my first year teaching 9th grade civics in my social studies classroom after years in special education. I worked hard to make my classroom an inviting place, but there are some empty spots & missing pieces I would love to fill for next year.
I am requesting flags and signs - a mix of local teams, Pennsylvania, and our school mascot.
Similar interests are a great way to connect with students and this will make it easier for me to do!
I am also requesting red and blue (to match my USA theme) light covers to make the florescent lights less harsh in my classroom.
All of these items will help to make my classroom a great place for students to learn and feel welcome.
