My Project

As a new teacher of young students with special needs, I am slowly acquiring materials to create a comfortable learning environment.

Students need to be comfortable in order to focus on learning.

The table is the right size for smaller students. Learning activities will be better managed because of its curved design. Each student will have the same access to teacher support.

The weighted lap pets will be used for students who have a hard time relaxing during learning activities. The pets will provide students with sensory pressure that is calming. This will enable students to attend more fully to learning activities.
