My Project
My students are hardworking and deserve the best learning environment. They show up daily wanting to learn and apply the knowledge in the real world. Our school is old, and our classroom isn’t the most pleasant. However, I strive to make it colorful and comfortable for my students. To create that space for my students, we need a humidifier. A humidifier can significantly enhance the environment of a high school classroom by maintaining optimal humidity levels, which is crucial for both students' health and comfort. In dry conditions, students are more susceptible to dry skin, irritated eyes, and respiratory issues, which can detract from their ability to concentrate and participate fully in class.
A humidifier helps alleviate these problems by adding moisture to the air, reducing the spread of airborne viruses, and easing symptoms of allergies and asthma.
Additionally, a well-humidified classroom can prevent static electricity buildup, which can be a distraction and a nuisance. Maintaining a balanced humidity level creates a more conducive learning atmosphere, promoting better student engagement and well-being. Our school building is registered as historic, which means there isn’t much construction that can happen. The humidifiers and Damprid will help with controlling the moisture in our classroom.
