This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I absolutely love how curious, energetic, and eager to learn my kindergarten students are. They take pride in their classroom and thrive in a space that feels clean, safe, and cared for. That’s why this project for cleaning supplies is so important. With young learners, we’re constantly using shared materials, moving through hands-on activities, and learning how to take responsibility for our space—so keeping things clean is part of how we learn together.

Each resource in this project—from disinfectant wipes and sprays to paper towels and hand soap—will help us maintain a healthy learning environment where students can focus on growing, not germs.

These supplies also give us opportunities to teach responsibility, routines, and respect for shared spaces, which are valuable life lessons alongside academics. A clean classroom is a happy classroom, and with your support, we can make sure it stays that way!
