This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Keeping student desks clean is a project in and of itself. I am asking for cleaning supplies to help keep the community space that is the classroom clean. Keeping these shared spaces clean allows students to recognize the importance of community care and health. Students are allowed to miss 10 school days before it affects their class standing, which is affected by attendance, which is affected by their health.
Cleaning wipes mean ways to clean our classroom.
Cleaner desk means cleaner spaces, cleaner spaces help students with their health, which will help their academics. Any which way we can help student success has meaning, no matter how big or small the action.
