This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I am a special education teacher at a Title I School where almost all of my students are below the poverty line. All of them receive free breakfast and lunch. They struggle to have classroom supplies, coats, food, and above all, a safe and warm home.

My students enjoy learning using technology to engage in online educational activities.

Having a charging station will ensure that our Chromebooks will be ready for students to use. We also want to protect our technology from overheating or abuse.

A safe place to store and charge our technology is needed for our classroom.

My Project

Please help me give my students a new Chromebook Cart to provide a safe, secure charging station for our limited resources. We currently have three Chromebooks to share and need to keep them in a protected location.

My students need a new Chromebook Cart to keep our limited Chromebooks in a safe and secure location.

Dependable technology will help my students be successful learners. Having new Chromebook Cart will allow my students to continue to have access to the classroom Chromebooks. They will be engaged learners. My special education students work at their own individual levels in math, reading, and writing. Keeping my students interested is critical to their continued academic progress.

Chromebooks are important classroom tools for learning! Today's students use computers to work on various subjects online. They like to collaborate on projects using hands-on learning. My students love using technology and can focus on learning when it is reliable. Please help provide them with the opportunity to have a secure charging station for our Chromebooks in our classroom. My students will appreciate your generosity every time they use a Chromebook.
