This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Middle school students can be forgetful. Most classrooms use Chromebooks, and students all have Chromebooks, but often forget their chargers.

This year, having backup chargers in multiple classrooms proved very helpful.

While most chargers did not survive the school year, students could use them and have access to resources and assignments. This batch of chargers will be divided five ways, 10 per Social Studies classroom. While paper versions of assignments are a great backup, paper doesn't always work for students who need specific fonts, speech-to-text, dictionaries, translation features, or text-to-speech.
