This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I love my students for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn. They are hardworking, creative, and always excited to take on new challenges—especially when it comes to our classroom economy!
To keep them engaged and motivated, I am requesting fun and meaningful rewards like party favors, stickers, sticky notes, stationery, lip glosses, snacks, and a cashier box.
These items will be used in our class store, where students earn and manage their own money through positive behavior, academic achievements, and classroom responsibilities.
Each of these resources will serve an important purpose in reinforcing real-world financial literacy skills. The cashier box will help students practice making transactions, giving change, and handling money responsibly. The fun rewards will serve as incentives, helping them understand goal-setting, saving, and spending wisely.
