My Project

In first grade, my students spend about half of their day learning on the carpet! The carpet I have now does not accomodate the needs of my studnets because it does not have room to fit all the children and it makes it difficult for them to find their space. This carpet will allow each student to have their own defined circle. Having their own personal space will help support productive learning! Students in first grade are still learning about personal space and boundries, having a larger carpet will allow each student to to feel safe while learning.
