My Project
My school has 90% of students that are Black and 10% Latinx and/or Native American. More than 90% come from low-income households.
Having these hands-on building essentials in our classroom will build collaborative and problem solving learning skills in my students!
Having these magnetic blocks and gears for building in our classroom is important because it will help my students build communication, collaboration, and problem solving skills as they play with their peers during our Math 3 stations and free choice times. Both classroom essentials will be utilized throughout the school year and for many more years to come!
