This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students are creative, thoughtful and ready to learn! They absolutely love reading, math, science, social studies and learning about new things. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are our inspiration!

Our school is committed to providing its students with all the resources that are needed, but the budget is tight right now.

We are diverse with a very large group of multilingual learners. Many students in our classrooms come to school with untapped or underdeveloped background knowledge due to language or opportunity. All children absolutely love learning, although their starting points and background knowledge may vary greatly.
