This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are four sections of graduating eighth-graders. I am so excited to have them all in person this year. Middle schoolers are full of life and energy and are eager to learn more about the world around them. As their science teacher, I hope to open their eyes to the passion and fun of science through my class! At this age, I am starting to build in them a foundation for science that will carry them through high school and beyond. Help me achieve my goals of opening doors for my students.
My Project
My students are returning back to the classroom full time since March 2020. I want to make sure our room is fully stocked with supplies and basics to help them learn. I want to also ensure it is clean and safe for them every day. I am asking for your help in providing basics like paper, markers, posters, cleaning supplies and even a stylus for my class iPad so that we can have an amazing and prepared school year. Please help me to welcome back the students with everything we need.
