My Project
Tetherball is an amazingly simple game that includes a pole, a piece of rope, and a ball that never stops moving. Students engage in a battle against their fellow students to smack a tethered ball in the opposite direction until the winner gets the rope to completely wrap around the pole and the ball stops.
Not only is tetherball off-the-charts-fun because you get to hit a ball has hard as you can, but tether ball also improves all the sports skills essentials like eye to hand coordination, ball trajectory anticipation, and move to the ball.
Plus... you'd be surprised how easily you can tire from just hitting a ball. Tetherball is top of the charts for physical activity and heart pumping action. Students don't realize they are moving almost every muscle in their body because tetherball is just that much fun. With your donation, our students will experience for themselves, the classic playground game of tetherball.
