My 5th grade students, otherwise known as the Dream Team at our elementary in Pleasanton, are energetic learners who learn through movement, songs/cheers, and through interactive hands-on experiences. Fairlands Elementary is 60% Asian, 30% Caucasian, and 10% other. Many of my students come from India, where the educational setting is very different. Fairlands is a supportive and motivated community of little learners. My students are excited to take on the world and I am determined to make 5th grade the BEST year yet! My Project
I am ALL about teamwork and collaboration. There isn’t a day that goes by where we don’t work in small groups and partners.
I am in need of supplies that can make my space more inviting and to help foster teamwork and collaboration.
These donations will help provide my class with whiteboard clipboards and sock erasers to show their thinking and learn from mistakes. It also will provide our room with timers for our lights and beautiful twinkle lights so we can work in the dark during special times. My room will become a more magical space with these additions.
