Class Store Math Fun for Special Education Students

Help me give my students items to create our Class Store including a cash register, shopping baskets, and shopping cart!

My Project

I am so thrilled because I just got my very first DonorsChoose Project funded. It is a store front for our soon to be Class Store. Through your generosity, we can add some much needed items for my students to learn and practice essential kindergarten- 2nd grade math skills. My students will be able to have fun while learning one to one correspondence, number recognition, addition, and money.

Students with learning differences can greatly benefit from learning that is hands-on, interesting, and FUN.

My students will be so excited to shop using a shopping cart or basket. They will also take turns being the clerk using the calculator cash register. Real life math experiences will provide a meaning learning opportunity. I can wait to open the Class Store doors! Thanks for your consideration.
