Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
For this project, I am requesting one magnetic reward jar with different themed tokens to help with behavior management in my classroom. This classroom reward jar would also encourage my students to exhibit other positive behaviors such as; homework completion, on-task behaviors, perseverance, kindness, self-regulation, love of learning, gratitude, and teamwork.
Everytime the class exhibits a target behavior, I will drop a token in the jar.
Once the jar is filled, the entire class would get a reward. I think this will be a fun and new way for my kindergarteners to earn positive reinforcements in my classroom. Thank you so much for reading!
